Building a Sherpa Mail There are several ways to "build" a Sherpa Mail. If you would like to contract the project out, one of our full-service managed account specialists can assist you. They are experts at creating compelling messages at an affordable price. If you would would like to build a Sherpa Mail yourself, you can use our popular user-friendly templates to make picture perfect HTML messages every time. Or, if you would like, you can "upload" your own HTML. In either case, you can build a professional looking HTML email in just minutes! Templates To build professional-looking HTML emails using our templates, simply type your message into the Sherpa Mail template of your choice (you can also "cut and paste" from any word processing program). After your message is complete, with "one-click" you can add your company's banner and any images or logos you would like included. You can select (and change) the colors for your message (background color, font color, link color) as well as your "layout" (one column, two column, three column) at any time! "Upload" your own HTML If you would prefer to use your own HTML code for a Sherpa Mail, that is OK too---with "one- click" you can upload your own HTML.
Additionally, as you are building your Sherpa Mail using our templates or uploading your own HTML: HTML and Plain-Text--- we automatically generate as many versions of your message as necessary (including a "plain-text" version) to make your sure email looks great no matter what system a recipient uses to read your message. Because there are certain cases where people cannot receive HTML in their email readers, Sherpa Mail "sniffs" for the type of email the intended recipient can read (i.e. HTML, AOL or Text) and then always delivers the appropriate version to their inbox!
